Royce Hall

UCLA invites employees from across campus to apply for the 2026–27 Staff Enrichment Program (SEP) and the Professional Development Program (PDP). For more than 40 years, these programs have helped UCLA employees strengthen their skills, expand their networks and gain the confidence to pursue new pathways at UCLA. These yearlong opportunities pair participants with experienced campus leaders, offer targeted workshops and provide structured opportunities to explore career interests in a supportive cohort environment.

The Staff Enrichment Program is open to full-time career employment at UCLA in the following payroll title levels (or their equivalents):

  • Professional and Support Staff (PSS) Grades A-D & 1
  • Career Tracks titles in the Professional categories 1 & 2
  • Career Tracks titles in the Supervisory 1 category

The Professional Development Program is open to full-time career employment at UCLA in the following payroll title levels (or their equivalents):

  • Professional and Support Staff (PSS) Grades 2-6
  • Career Tracks titles in the Professional categories 3-5
  • Career Tracks titles in the Supervisory 2 category

Applicants to either program should demonstrate a commitment to professional growth, a desire to contribute to UCLA’s mission and an interest in developing new skills that support long‑term advancement. Supervisors are encouraged to support staff participation, as these programs have a strong track record of strengthening teams, improving retention and cultivating emerging leaders across campus.

Selected participants will attend monthly workshops, receive one‑on‑one career guidance and engage in hands‑on learning experiences that deepen their understanding of UCLA’s organizational landscape. The program is designed to be both practical and inspiring, offering tools staff can use immediately while also helping them envision what’s possible next.

The deadline to submit applications for these programs is Friday, April 3.
