UCLA Administration Leadership 20XX is celebrating the five-year anniversary of its Monthly Management Tips (MMT) series. First launched in January 2021, the initiative has become a trusted resource for managers across campus and beyond.
Brought to you by Administration Leadership 2029’s “Work from Home Management Solutions” team in collaboration with Campus Human Resources, each monthly edition delivers concise, practical guidance on topics vital to management success. Designed with busy leaders in mind, the tips take only a few minutes to read and are intended to spark active discussion during management meetings.
What started as articles meant to help Administration’s managers and supervisors quickly expanded into tips reaching more than 1,200 subscribers, including those in management across campus, UCLA Health and other UC campuses. The series has fostered dialogue across management levels, encouraging the sharing of success stories and best practices.
As the project enters its sixth year, the team invites feedback and topic suggestions from the community. Contributions can be sent to managementtips@ucla.edu.
