Gerrie Zvara is the Director of Administration’s Organizational Effectiveness & Development. She has been in the field of organizational effectiveness and industrial/organizational psychology for more than 25 years. Gerrie is a Bruin alum and began her career at UCLA as the Training and Development manager for Events & Transportation before transitioning to the Organizational Effectiveness and Development unit. As an internal OE/OD consultant to the UCLA Administration organization, Gerrie closely partners with all seven departments and their team members from all levels of the hierarchy, which she thoroughly appreciates as it allows her to gain a variety of perspectives on how to make the organization effective. Gerrie is committed to creating a safe environment for individuals and teams to grow beyond their expectations and to realize the impact they have in making an organization successful. She takes pride in her ability to move people and process toward results that will enhance organizational effectiveness and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization.
