The GROW Bruins! program aims to equip UCLA student employees with essential career readiness skills through practical, on-campus work experiences. This course is designed to support both students and their supervisors by fostering a collaborative environment where students can develop and apply these skills. Supervisors will benefit from enhanced student performance and engagement, leading to a more productive and motivated workforce. Together, we prepare students to be Bruin Ready for their future careers and beyond.
In collaboration with the UCLA Career Center, we are excited to offer GROW Bruins! If you're interested in participating in this pilot initiative, please fill out this form. We encourage you to complete all activities.
- Complete the Online Professional Development course available in BruinLearn, the UCLA Learning Management System.
- Attend the in-person workshops offered in collaboration with the Career Center. These workshops are limited to 80 student employees (waitlist may be offered).
- Take the Career Readiness Assessment and learn which competencies you need that employers are seeking.
Complete the entire program and earn a certificate and a LinkedIn Learning Badge to showcase your achievement and boost your professional profile!
