UCLA Administration Leadership Forum

The UCLA Administration Leadership Forum brings together leadership from each level of the organizational hierarchy to share critical and timely information, emphasizing key campus priorities and administrative challenges. The forum provides opportunities for cross-functional interaction, discussion, and collaboration to broaden perspectives beyond functional boundaries.

Leadership Forum 2025

The 2025 Leadership Forum will be held on January 27, and will be an opportunity to hear directly from UCLA's senior leadership, engage in discussions with peers from across all departments, and build connections with fellow leaders.

Leadership Forum 2023

UCLA provides exceptional Bruin experiences, and this forum provided an opportunity to gather as one team and build those experiences that enable the campus to operate as an internationally top-tier university.

Leadership Forum 2022

Participants heard from distinguished speakers including Chancellor Gene Block and split into breakout rooms with members of the Administration Leadership Team to discuss creating an agile organization.
 

Leadership Forum 2021

The 2021 Forum addressed the opportunities and challenges of reopening the campus with the theme of reimagining work towards the “Next Generation in UCLA Administration.”

Leadership Forum 2020

Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) was at the forefront of the 2020 Forum agenda, where participants showcased their CPI efforts.

The inaugural Leadership Forum brought together managers from across all ten units in Administration for the first time.
