November 13 & 14, 2018

The concept for UCLA Administration's inaugural Leadership Forum was proposed by members of the 2017-2018 Leadership 2027 cohort, an 18-month talent initiative program offered through Organizational Effectiveness and Development (OED). For the first time, managers from across all ten units in Administration gathered together as one team.
The Leadership Forum provided a variety of opportunities:
- focus on those things we have in common
- learn about the challenges and opportunities impacting the campus
- meet new colleagues
- learn something beneficial to support personal leadership growth
Administrative Vice Chancellor Michael Beck addressed the team, outlining the challenges we face as an institution and management's role in encouraging communication and collaboration as we work together to meet each challenge and solve process inefficiencies.
