To recognize and celebrate the individuals and teams who make outstanding contributions across our organization, we present the Administration True Bruin Values Awards.
The awards provide an opportunity to honor individuals and teams whose achievements exemplify UCLA’s True Bruin Values, recognizing the commitment, collaboration, and excellence that make our community thrive.
Anyone—managers, supervisors, staff, students, clients, and customers—may nominate a UCLA Administration employee or team for an award. To submit a nomination, complete the online form and provide information about the individual or team, the True Bruin Values demonstrated, and details about the exemplary performance or achievements that made a positive impact.
Individual and Team Awards
Individual Award
Recognizes a UCLA Administration employee who demonstrates exceptional commitment to the True Bruin Values through their contributions, accomplishments, and positive impact on colleagues, operations, or the broader UCLA community.
Team Excellence Award
Recognizes a UCLA Administration team that demonstrates the True Bruin Values through collaboration, innovation, service, and achievements that positively impact team interactions, operations, productivity, or the UCLA community.
Award recipients are selected twice per year and will receive the following recognition:
- Award Certificate
- Breakfast celebration and award ceremony with Administrative Vice Chancellor Michael Beck
- Recognition on this webpage
- Recognition in UCLA Administration-approved media and Leadership Forum
- TBV jacket and two event tickets
