With more than 25 years of restaurant experience in food service management, from both the private and public sectors, Charles has developed an eye for University Dining Operations Support at various educational institutions. Charles’ other previous roles cover a broad-spectrum and include the Disney Organization and Food Service Director at San Francisco State University for a national food operation’s contract management company.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of California at Irvine, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree from Harvard.
