Financial & Organizational Services supports all Administrative departments with fiscal, training and organizational services. Financial Management (FMS) produces monthly operating statements; performs financial analysis and modeling; provides internal audit oversight; and oversees the $700 million budget review and approval process for the Administrative units. Organization Effectiveness and Development (OED) provides organizational effectiveness consulting; supports the strategic planning process; deploys the employee survey and over 100 customer satisfaction surveys each year; provides management and leadership training; and provides other workplace tools training as needed.
