Students living in on-campus housing will receive 2 face coverings upon return to campus. This is being coordinated by Housing & Hospitality and the New Student & Transition Program.
Departments may order face coverings for employees by completing the Cloth Face Covering Request Form.

If it is a student, they need to be referred to the Center for Accessible Education (CAE). CAE will ask for medical documentation and engage in a discussion of potential accommodations.
On the staff side, the employee should be referred to Employee Disability Management Services office so they can get the medical documentation and engage in the accommodation discussion.
Supervisors should NOT engage in a discussion and should not exempt anyone, just make the referral.
No. If a face shield is worn, a mask or face covering should be worn under the face shield at all times.
There are two exceptions:
-When teaching, faculty and other instructors may wear a face shield with a neck drape in lieu of a face covering, provided the bottom of the drape tucks into the shirt and a physical distance of at least 10 feet from any other individuals is maintained at all times.
-If so directed by a primary-care physician, individuals with a medical condition may wear only a face shield with a neck drape in lieu of a face covering.
Yes, it is safe to discard disposable masks and face coverings in the trash.
Remember to practice good hygiene and wash your hands after disposing of used tissues, masks or face coverings.
Approved disinfecting protocols include procedures and verified sourcing of sanitation products that are effective against Coronavirus. Individuals should continue to practice physical distancing and frequently review CDC recommendations of preventing the spread of COVID 19.
Rooms that are currently off master will not be serviced unless a request is generated through our FSR system. Lab occupants should follow their disinfecting protocols

High touch surfaces and restrooms will be cleaned twice daily. Visit Facilities Management for more information on custodial cleaning.
At this time there is no additional protocol or occupancy restrictions for restrooms.
