Organizational Effectiveness & Development (OED) is proud to announce the new cohort of UCLA Administration’s Leadership 20XX program, which aligns mid-level leadership development with future organizational strategy and direction. 

Over the next 18 months, the Leadership 2034 cohort will cover a comprehensive curriculum focusing on the core skills of self-awareness, business insight, people orientation, and business results. The program structure includes learning sessions, personal assessments, department presentations/tours, and team projects.

The goal of the Leadership 20XX program is to strengthen the talent pipeline by growing critical leadership skills and capabilities within UCLA Administration. Cohort members will gain exposure to Administration leadership while developing competencies to address Administration Strategic Priorities.
