Anne has held several leadership roles during her 12-year career at UCLA, including Executive Director of Student Affairs Initiatives and Deputy/Chief of Staff to the UCLA Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, Assistant Dean of Diversity, Inclusion and Admissions/Director of Graduate Admissions with the Graduate Division, and Assistant Director of the Professional MBA Programs Career Management Center in the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Before returning to UCLA in 2019, she served as the inaugural Director of Equity, Inclusion and Diversity at the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine. She also brings 10 years of industry experience working with several financial services and investment companies in various roles that encompass marketing and communications, information technology, strategy, and project management.
Anne earned her B.A. degrees in Economics and English from UCLA; her M.A. degrees in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and English from California State University, Los Angeles; her Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from the UCLA Graduate School of Education & Information Studies.
She also holds several certifications including the following: American Society of Quality Certified Quality Process Analyst (ASQ CQPA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and the Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM). Anne is an alum of the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Program and has completed certificate programs in Applications Program, Web Technology, Project Management, and Career Coaching.
