Bio
Carlos Montoya is the Manager for the paint, mason, roofing and sign shops for Facilities Management. He oversees the general maintenance of the campus as well as the health systems. In 2018 he received a certificate from UCLA Extension in Construction Management. He has been with FM for over 12 years, and prior to arriving at UCLA Carlos worked in the construction of new buildings, tenant space improvements and installing HVAC systems. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, being an avid sports fan and is involved with the Boy Scouts of America.
