Dr. Devin Starnes is an experienced Facilities Management professional with a diverse background working in education, healthcare, and government. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, an MBA from The University of Arizona (UAGC), and a Doctoral Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC. In his free time, he enjoys mentoring, traveling, and spending time with his children.
