Professional & Educational Background: Guadalupe has more than 25 years of experience as a food service manager and has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 35 years. She has earned the UC Systemwide People Management Series Certificate and completed the University of California Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) and Leadership Series. Guadalupe has also taken several Management and Business Administration courses at both Los Angeles City College and Santa Monica College.
