Bio


London has 15 years of diverse law enforcement experience as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Lead Officer, and Detective. He is an instructor and practitioner of EDI in the workplace, Procedural Justice, and Implicit Bias. London is regularly involved in community projects and serves on various committees at the UCLA Police Department and within his home city of Culver City. He is currently a member of the Culver City Policing & Public Safety Committee and was appointed to a three-year term on the Culver City Equity & Human Relations Committee.

London’s heart has always been about serving others and demonstrating the importance of being a compassionate leader with integrity. Above all, London works to increase transparency, accountability, and authentic relationship building on all levels while implementing leadership development programs to train leaders who will, in turn, produce even greater leaders in our society. He believes that great leaders don’t create followers, they create more leaders.

London is also the president of a newly formed organization called Police Against Racism (PAR) where their mission is “protecting the people we serve by changing the way we serve”.
