Bio
Michael is the Ergonomics Program Manager with Insurance and Risk Management. He advises departments on the design of work processes and systems by applying the principles of Human Factors and Ergonomics. Michael also works with employees to implement return-to-work and stay-at-work plans that involve the use of adaptive technology. He is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, Certified Professional in Disability Management, and a UC Santa Barbara alum.
