Nanette Levine-Mann, LCSW, is one of the co-directors of the UCLA Staff & Faculty Counseling Center, where she has worked for over the past 33 years. She also has a private practice in Santa Monica, providing individual and couples psychotherapy and organizational consultations. She has been a field advisor for the USC School of Social Work for over 29 years. As a trainer, she has provided workshop presentations on conflict resolution, communication, dealing with difficult behavior and situations, dealing with uncomfortable, escalating, and potentially dangerous situations, managing change, emotional intelligence, team building, and resilience and stress management.
Nan received her Master’s Degree from Columbia University and received training from the Los Angeles Institute & Society for Psychoanalytic Studies. She is also a certified employee assistance professional. In the past, Nan has worked at the Institute for the Studies of Destructive Behavior and the Suicide Prevention Center in Los Angeles, Jewish Family Services in Santa Monica, the Santa Monica Hospital Social Work & Rape Treatment Center, the Neutrogena Corporation, the Johnson & Johnson Employee Assistance Program, and Erlich Transcultural Consultants.
