As the Chief Administrative Officer at Geffen Academy, Nancy oversees the Human Resources, Finance, IT, Health Services, Risk Management, Enrollment and all other aspects of the business operations of the school. Prior to Geffen Academy, Nancy was the Regional Director of Business Operations at the American Red Cross. There she supported the merger of several chapter offices and their business operations, leading change management initiatives and focusing on employee engagement and developing organizational culture methodologies. In addition, she helped pioneer the organization’s government grant program – which went on to become the largest and most successful in the nation. Previously, she held administrative/operational positions at Pulte Corp, Sidley Austin, UCLA Transportation and Galpin Motors. Nancy is a UCLA alumni and Bruin at heart, and she also holds an MSPA degree from Cal State Los Angeles.
