Please note that your request may require approval from multiple delegated authorities. Upon obtaining all of the necessary permissions, it is your responsibility to maintain a record of the approved use(s).
USEs by, for, or with a THIRD-PARTY, NON-university ENTITY
To request permission for any use that involves a third-party, non-UCLA entity, download and complete the Request to Use the University's Name, Abbreviation or Unofficial Seal . Be sure to include a mock-up or draft copy of all proposed uses (programs, articles, webpages, advertisements, etc.). For questions, please email to UCLAmarks@UCLA.edu.
