Campus Human Resources

Campus Human Resources (CHR) offers comprehensive human resource services to the campus and provides select services to UCLA Health, covering more than 40,000 employees overall. Services include staff recruitment and employment; job classification and compensation; benefit counseling; faculty and staff counseling; employee and labor relations; personnel policy and contract administration for 14 different bargaining units; staff affirmative action and equal employment opportunity compliance; training; staff development; and organizational development services.
