Facilities Management

Facilities Management (FM) maintains building systems and infrastructure for over 25 million square feet of occupied building space on the campus and in the medical center. FM manages Design, Project Management, Construction and Alterations, Utility Operations, Finance & Information Services, Materiel Management, Space Inventory, Campus Sustainability and the maintenance and renovation of buildings, grounds and utility infrastructure of the campus and medical enterprise. Additionally, FM’s complex, 42-megawatt Co-Generation Plant supplies the majority of electricity, air conditioning, heating and steam for UCLA.
