In May, Organizational Effectiveness and Development (OED) will be distributing its Work Environment Pulse Survey, a five-minute survey designed to help our division leaders assess the progress made on select items from last year’s comprehensive Work Environment Survey.
The following are areas that departments across UCLA Administration are working on based on last year’s survey:

- Talent retention
All UCLA Administration employees are strongly encouraged to complete this survey. It is an invaluable tool to help leadership create a high-performing work environment and ensure our talented workforce continues to grow and thrive at work.
