Central Ticket Office helps Class of 2021 celebrate
To support recent student graduation campus celebrations, the Central Ticket Office (CTO), collaborated with Student Affairs, the Events Office, the UCLA College, the Registrar’s Office and a number of graduate and professional schools to host the registration process for all 2021 campus celebrations via our ticket system, Paciolan.

Facilities Management uses new technology to enhance service
Team members are now using FM Mobile, a software platform created to deliver a first-rate client experience; a new online design and project management dashboard that allows clients to track the progress of their projects; and Smart Buildings & Smart Labs, which aims to leverage technology to decrease energy use on campus.

Rico Barboza rejoins UCLA as fire chief
UCLA Fire recently welcomed a new chief, Rico Barboza, who rejoined the department following service with Alhambra and Torrance fire departments, and has added a 2020 Unruh-type 6 fire truck to its fleet.
