Bio
Sheridan is an Employee Disability Management Consultant, providing consultation and assistance with employees and department management when mental or physical functional limitations affect performing essential job duties. She facilitates interactive meetings and dialogue to explore reasonable accommodations that would enable performing the essential job functions. Sheridan has proudly served the university since 2022, and has served on the U.S. President’s Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities with over 35 years working in a variety of industries. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from California Polytechnical University, San Luis Obispo.
